Cassidy Attaway, a well-known paranormal investigator, is coming back home to take a break before yet another journey. Despite her prominent presence in social media, not many know about the darker side of her story, involving a destructive cult and a sister that the family never mentions. On her way home, Cassidy tries to make a birthday call to her - a call that, she knows, won't go well.

["Pride" is the third game in Oneiron series. All Oneiron games can be played as standalone titles, however, if you want more from the same universe, you might enjoy the previous entry in the series, "Tourist in the Waking World", and the next entry, "Let's Get Bitter Together". If you'd want to see more of Cass and May, check out "Shibboleth", my O2A2 2023 entry.]

Ohh this was excellent, super intriguing, Naarel! I love how even though there are deeper mysteries and lore at play with the cult, fundamentally it's a story about two estranged sisters. The dialogue and writing in general is SUPERB and so realistically written. I can appreciate that both choices lead to the same conclusion - it does hammer home the fact that, no matter what Cassidy says, nothing will change. As an O2A2 entry, I also appreciate that you didn't use a sprite! It really emphasizes Cassidy's loneliness, as if she is all alone in the subway.

(Cannot believe that the follow-up to this is Shibboleth dgfdfgdg)

This is so relatable. Fortunately, my sister and I worked through it. Wonderful writing.

I'm glad that you managed to work through it and I hope that you'll never have to go through that again. Wishing all the best to you

A good idea. Could be the prologue of a longer game with different sceneries and characters to talk to, not only phone calls and thoughts while going by train.

Hey! Thanks for playing. Pride is a part of a bigger universe (to which belong my previous game, Blood in the Wine, and my incoming game, Tourist in the Waking World) and a bit of a prologue to a bigger game I want to make at one point. I might expand Pride at one day, but I'm not sure about how far I'll go with modifying the base concept of it. Either way, thank you for your feedback, I really appreciate it

Hey! Thanks for recording your playthrough. Also thanks for giving a score based opinion, it's really motivating. And thanks for the third time for playing!

This is a nice small project. The dynamic between Cassidy and her sister makes the story interesting.

Hey! Thanks for taking your time to record your playthrough, I really appreciate it. I know it's really short, but I had to comply with O2A2's 1000 words rule – there's a small chance I might revisit "Pride" in the future to expand it. Either way, thank you for playing!

Also you made me realize that I forgot to put the credits in the game itself, I should probably fix that

Oh, I was hoping to see future developments on this game. It has a lot of potential. I'm sure it's a lot of work to put these games together, so I understand if you don't develop it any further. Also, I didn't notice there weren't any credits.

Oh, and you're welcome.
